Policy 5.21 - Possession or Carry of Firearms
Part 1: General
Lake Superior College shall adhere to Minnesota State Policy 5.21 Possession or Carry of Firearms.
Part 2: Employee Reporting Responsibility
If an employee has a reasonable basis for believing an individual is in possession of or carrying a firearm in violation of Minnesota State Policy 5.21, they have a responsibility to report it in a timely manner to the LSC Security Coordinator, unless doing so would subject the employee or others to physical harm.
