History
An Office of Civil Rights audit in 2023 noted that System Procedure 1B.1.1 had updated language regarding protected classes that were not reflected in the LSC Procedure 1B.1.1 version. After review and consideration, it was determined that the Minnesota State System Procedure 1B.1.1 was sufficient, and LSC would point to the Minnesota State System Procedure 1B.1.1.
