Applications to Lake Superior College’s nationally-ranked and accredited nursing programs are now being accepted beginning today, April 15, until filled.
How to apply to nursing programs at Lake Superior College:
The nursing admissions process at Lake Superior College is competitive. It is a separate process from the regular admissions process to become a student at LSC. All nursing program applicants who complete minimum admission requirements will be considered for admission to the nursing program. Meeting minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission into the nursing program. All LSC Nursing programs are approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc. (ACEN).
The applications now open, for fall semester start, are:
Professional nursing
To become a registered nurse (RN), apply to one of the 64-credit professional nursing programs.
- Professional nursing associate of science (AS): starts fall or spring semester
Practical nursing
To become a licensed practical nurse (LPN), apply to the 40-credit practical nursing program.
- Practical nursing diploma: starts fall semester
