As week five of the 2023 National Championship came to a close, Coach Pappas was informed that the LSC Clay Target team’s score put them in 1st place over the other six schools in Conference 4.

Placing in the Top 10 season averages in this year’s National Championship rankings for females are: Abigail Malecha (3rd - 24.00), Rhianna Meger (4th - 23.60), Riley Voss (6th - 23.20), and Makenzie Fedora (8th - 22.40). In the Top 10 for males tied for a ranking of 7th with an average score of 23.80 are: Mitchell Hurley and Carter Legg.

The last event of the season for the Clay Target team will be the National Championship tournament which will be held later this week.
