I’m proud to say that the LSC Clay Target team did a fantastic job this season. Although our team of 16 shooters was on the small side, we placed very high in both the MCAC and USATL conferences and championship tournaments statewide and nationally. For the USA National Championship Tournament, the team competed against 41 other colleges and universities from all over the United States. Our final rankings are:
MCAC Conference – 2nd place
MCAC Championship Tournament (Alexandria, MN) – 7th place
USA National Conference – 1st place
USA National Championship Tournament – 6th place
Don’t miss out on the fresh air and fun! Consider joining the Spring Clay Target team. The class begins the end of March and runs through the beginning of May. To participate on the team takes approximately one (1) hour per week. When registering for Spring classes, talk with your advisor about signing up for Intercollegiate Trapshooting I (HPER 1408) or Trapshooting II (HPER 1409) . The class is one (1) credit.
Looking forward to seeing more students joining our team for the Spring season.
Thanks for a great season. Go IceHawks!
