Lake Superior College has hired Becky Wodziak as Chief Human Resources Officer. Her responsibilities include leadership and strategic direction for the human resource activities of the college. She is a key member of the college’s Administrative Council and is the lead person for all HR issues.

Wodziak has worked in public sector labor relations and human resources for nearly 30 years. Most recently, she served as Labor Relations Manager for Ramsey County and prior to that, worked in labor relations for the State of Minnesota.

Wodziak holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
