Goals
EOC works within our community to help alleviate systemic educational disenfranchisement for those in poverty, those who are first-generation, those who are homeless, those who have little opportunity. Understanding the intricacies of higher education is a primary concern for all post-secondary students, and because of this EOC services are sought by those with privilege too. EOC is an advocate for higher education and not for any one institution. Our activities are restricted by Federal law.
