To access your student e-mail:

Go to lsc.edu/email

OR…

  1. Click the Login link next to the search bar.
  2. Then click Email & Office 365 from the list of options that drop down.
  3. To log in, enter your username in this format: [email protected]. Your password is your Star ID password.
  4. Click Next on the More information required screen.
  5. Setup your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) option. You can choose to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, receive a code via text message, or receive a phone call.

About LSC Email

Student email is centrally managed by our Minnesota State system office.  This allows your account to transfer to any Minnesota State school.  Your email account is “activated” a set number of days prior to your first day of class and “disabled’ a set number of days after you are no longer attending school.  For example, if you are a Student your account is active 365 days before classes and 365 days after you complete classes.
