She began teaching online in 1998 and dove into faculty development soon after, including training others to design and teach engaging online classes. Jody Ondich has been teaching philosophy since 2002. She works with faculty development as LSC’s peer and student review coordinator. She is active with LSC and the state system in accessibility training and creating OER materials. She has three OER texts published on the Open Text Network of the University of Minnesota.
