The (1) PSEO State Form and (2) Enrollment Planning form are required to be completed each semester.  We recommend that you return completed forms to the PSEO Advisor in the early OCTOBER timeframe for Spring enrollment and in the late FEBRUARY timeframe for Fall.  Once completed forms are received, your registration/PSEO hold will be outdated and you can register for the next semester classes based on your assigned Registration date.  As a continuing student, you are not required to meet with the PSEO Advisor, but appointments are available on the Advising webpage.  Registration Instructions can show you how to search and register for your classes.

Important things to know:

Grades and transcripts:  Grades/report cards are not provided or mailed out to students.  You may check your final grades and obtain an unofficial transcript of your academic record by logging into your eservices and choosing “Academic Records.”  Official Transcripts can be ordered here.

Adding/Dropping/Withdrawing from courses: During the first five days of the semester, students are allowed to drop and add classes with no effect on their transcript.  Because of high school graduation requirements, we request PSEO students visit with both their high school counselor AND the PSEO Advisor before dropping or adding any classes.

Per the MN Dept of Ed guidelines, PSEO student have the first 10 calendar days of the semester to drop classes.  You will need to notify the PSEO advisor directly after the first five days of the semester, however, due to a hold placed on all accounts.  After the 10th calendar day, any course a PSEO student chooses to withdraw from will show as a “W” on their official LSC college transcript and will affect Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Attendance:  If you miss too much class, you can earn an “FN” or “Failure for Non-Attendance” grade and permanently damage your academic record.  This policy is also enforced for online classes.
