Make arrangements for your acceptance packet and I-20 Form
Please verify your program and personal information in your congratulations e-mail and return your signed F-1 student visa contract to [email protected]. We cannot send an I-20 Form until you have completed and returned the signed F-1 student visa contract to [email protected].
If you are outside the United States or Canada, you are required to pay eShip to arrange a courier pick-up (FedEx, UPS or DHL) at our office to ship your documents. Alternatively, you can also arrange for someone to pick up your acceptance packet containing your I-20 Form in our office and send it to you. The choice should be indicated in your reply to your congratulations e-mail and a Release of Information Authorization form must be on file and note: ‘The person that you are releasing my acceptance packet to is NOT a College Recruiter.’ The federal government requires this notation and we are not able to release your acceptance packet to someone other than the student, without this notation.

eShip – FEDEX, UPS or DHL
We use an express mail service that will allow you to receive your documents through FEDEX, UPS, or DHL. Requesting your immigration documents through express mail is at YOUR expense and your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) will be charged upon requesting the service. There is a 15–30% discount on shipping by using this service, as opposed to going directly through DHL, UPS or FedEx. This discount varies by country. You must use the website provided above–do not go through the DHL, UPS or FedEx website directly, all communication will go through the eShip service, who will notify us that you are requesting your I-20 Form to be sent by express mail.
To use this service, students create their own user name and password to create an account. To request shipment, you will need your Tech ID, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card information. You may request shipment either to your foreign address or to a U.S. address. If your document(s) will be sent to a U.S. address, please include the name of the person who lives at that address. Please pay close attention to the information submitted. If there are errors in the credit card information or if there is incorrect or incomplete address information, or a Release of Information Form is not on file with the correct notation, it will result in a delay in the mailing of your document(s).
